Why You Shouldn’t Use Raised Beds, and What You Should Do Instead in the forum Gardening & Electroculture 21 hours, 39 minutes agoIt makes a lot of sense when you think about it. Nature does an amazing job when plants are left to grow year after year. A good garden doesn’t need someone to go in and tear it up every year. Good soil is alive.

The 80-Year Reset and Three Technological Revolutions in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 21 hours, 58 minutes agoI think the AI revolution will be HUGE… we have barely hit the tip of the iceberg. We can’t fight it, but it will definitely change a lot of things. Next 20 years will see a big shift.

The 80-Year Reset and Three Technological Revolutions in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 4 days, 2 hours agoI feel the pressure cant even turn on the news. Lotsa naysayers about AI but as an artist I know that theres some things that cant be replaced. I see it as a GOOD thing that AI will wipe out some things. The question is whats gonna come in its place? 🖤🌿🌙

Seeing Through the Surface: A Binocular Meditation Technique in the forum Meditation Practices & Techniques 4 days, 9 hours agoA simple visual exercise can train attention, calm the nervous system, and ease entry into meditation. It uses an image with a repeating pattern that has a hidden 3D form, called a stereogram. To see this image, the eyes have to relax focus.
Many people met this in Magic Eye books. The same mechanism is useful in training the brain to loosen…[Read more]

Desert to Forest by Working With Rain Cycles in the forum Earth & Its Caretakers 4 days, 18 hours agoWhat if the answer to the growing population problem lies in land we just don’t know how to cultivate? Desert forestry is an interesting agricultural science that uses various land engineering techniques to collect water from seasonal monsoons and redistribute it through drier periods. The 80-Year Reset and Three Technological Revolutions in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 4 days, 20 hours agoWe talk a lot about cycles. Before Awakening, Chapter 1 of The Young Man and the Sage in the forum The Young Man and the Sage Discussion 1 week agoHit me like bricks on a psychedelic journey I was not prepared for. Was just out to have a good night and saw some shit I couldn’t come back from, in a good way though. I was ready but really seeing life beyond the physical shook me up for awhile.
