Have you woken up inside a dream? in the forum Dream Logs & Astral Insights 5 months agoIve been lucid dreaming for well over a year now. I believe PTSD triggered it, as the first months of my dreams were always dreams about loss. My heartbreak showed thru my dreams and came out as uncontrollable crying and verbal yelling whatever I was yelling out in the dream.

I didn’t realize that’s what lucid dreaming was. I’ve woken before during dreams that wouldn’t end that I wanted to end. Normally I don’t remember any dreams beyond nightmares or sex dreams. I’ve wanted better remembering for years.
