The biggest thing I need to distill is my schedule… I agree to too many things!! I want to be there to help people but I leave no time for me. I’m no good to anyone like that. Fall is the perfect season to cut back, trim the excess, and harvest the work we’ve been at all summer.

This rly speaks to me. Esp w social media online we can get caught up in statis and views but none of that matters. Its not real. Like none of those insta ppl actually know who u r. Spiritual gurus arent millionairs with millions of views, there somewhere no one knows, meditating.

This speaks to me on a deep level. Deep down, it don’t matter what practice you call spirituality. The fact that you have one is a good thing until you let it separate you from other ppl. When it starts tearing down community you got problems.

Gotta give credit to Randall Carlson on this one. Humanity’s intentionally kept in a blindspot on this issue, and I think it’s a mistake. We are not at all prepared if another event occurred.
