I’m totally in support of Atlantean theories… it makes everything make sense. Human language just arrived all of a sudden in Egypt carved into stone? The first records? Or maybe those are just the records that survived.

It’s hard to explain, the symbols are like memories for me… I probably was there at some point but cant remember.

The heart holds our inner truth, not the brain. Idk if you’re anything like me, but if you have anxiety, your brain can be pretty toxic at times.

I like Isis! She’s a solar goddess and known for her magic and for studying from Thoth. Plus she’s a mom and a badass one at that.

I definitely struggle here too… I’ll get emotions but sometimes at the wrong times with the wrong people… other times I’m blocked. I try to recognize emotions as they come up. I’m used to shoving them down and ignoring them.. that’s where the trouble comes.

Grounding is SO important! I probably struggle a lot here.. feelings of safety, security are important so I don’t go into a freak out with anxious thoughts.

I dream a lot that I’m late for a performance which is weird because I’m not a performer… but everyone’s waiting for me and some people are mad but I can’t find the entrance or one of my shoes is missing or on a really bad night I’m not even dressed. Idk what it means, anxiety? Not feeling presentable?

Where I live, mugwort grows like weeds. Ppl treat it like weeds too but not me, I’m grabbing it for personal use. Score!
