Netism works with a system of 12 energy centers, like chakras, that govern specific aspects of mind, body, and spirit. Each one requires balancing, starting with the root and moving up in order. We cannot jump into the higher centers until the lower ones are stable and get good results.

3 – Fluids – flexibility, motion, action

4 – Solar Plexus – energy storage, will

5 – Heart – moral center, justice

6 – Throat – unity, vibration, manifestation

7 – Breath – intent

8 – Mental – intuition

9 – Crown – inspiration

10 – Netic – multiversal awareness

11 – Netum – soul shard retrieval

12 – Zeru – unity, return to source
