rain barrel tip… put a screen over the top, like window screen or mesh, keep the bugs n leaves out. learned that one the hard way lol

also toss in a few copper pennies or a chunk of copper pipe. helps stop algae from buildin up. water stays cleaner, plants don’t mind it either. easy setup, saves a ton when it’s dry out
