Textbooks dont cover it, school doesnt cover it, hell, its like do we pretend earth has a forcefield around it where no comets can come in or what? Ignorance remains the dominant trait as of now most ppl choose not to seek out new info, just take whatevers being fed to them.

Always struggled w trying to fit in vs wanting to be myself. I liked science and astronomy growing up, not a lot of girls did, and I didnt want to be a dork, but now that I’m older I think it’s one of my greatest features… flying my dork flag with pride now lol.
