This group explores the forgotten epochs of Earth, civilizations lost to time, cycles of rise and fall, and the cataclysmic events that reset human history. Covering subjects like the destruction of Atlantis, the Younger Dryas impact, pole shifts, and global floods, we ask: What came before us? What was lost? What patterns are we repeating?

The Green Sahara Hypothesis in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 5 days, 18 hours agoI think it’s coming, people like Randal Carlson are helping ppl see it. Younger generations are catching on and thats where you’ll see the flip. Another 40 years or so and human history might be written very differently

The Green Sahara Hypothesis in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 6 days, 15 hours agoIf only archeologists would really listen to ancient text. Human history is so old. In India, they say some texts are 30,000 or 40,000 years old. Even if they are not that old, they are very complex with advanced language system. It came from advanced society, thousands of years of religion.

The Green Sahara Hypothesis in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 1 week, 2 days agoHow likely is it that Egypt was not first civilization? Hieroglyphs were complex, not squiggles, not first go around. There is a lot buried in the sand. Some sort of civilizations not found. Maybe they do not want to find it.

The Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum and the “Trapped Inside” Scenario in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 3 weeks, 1 day agoThe site is the Ħal Saflieni Hypogeum in Paola, Malta (a small island in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Southern Italy) on a hill near the Grand Harbour. It was found in 1902 during house foundation work, and the upper level took damage before the site became public property and systematic excavation followed.

The Green Sahara Hypothesis in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 3 weeks, 2 days agoMost people picture the Sahara as timeless sand. Climate science says that picture is recent. During the African Humid Period, North Africa held lakes, rivers, grasslands, and human communities across areas that are desert today. Many reconstructions place this humid phase roughly in the 14,500 to 5,000 years ago window, driven largely by orbital…[Read more]

The 80-Year Reset and Three Technological Revolutions in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 1 month agoI don’t trust AI. Weren’t there a whole bunch of movies about how it’s gonna destroy everything? Seriously though, all tools can be used for both good and bad purposes and I don’t expect everyone to use it for good. The tech industry opened another pandoras box and it can’t be reclosed.

The 80-Year Reset and Three Technological Revolutions in the forum Ancient Cataclysms & Human Cycles 1 month, 1 week agoI think the AI revolution will be HUGE… we have barely hit the tip of the iceberg. We can’t fight it, but it will definitely change a lot of things. Next 20 years will see a big shift.
