My schedule is extremely full, but I know I need to add more time for meditation.

The biggest thing I need to distill is my schedule… I agree to too many things!! I want to be there to help people but I leave no time for me. I’m no good to anyone like that. Fall is the perfect season to cut back, trim the excess, and harvest the work we’ve been at all summer.

Man I feel like im soo busy but im not doing nything productive…. like I gotta refine my day and ask myself if im rly using my time to my benefit. Doom scrollings gotta go….

I need to get critic out of my life. I got enough critics in my head. Seriously, positivity is what I need from the people I surround myself with, if you’re gonna try to bring me down, you gotta go sort yourself out somewhere else.
