In the Netist view, the multiverse is a living Net of worlds, each cycling through phases of harmonic expansion and recursive collapse. No cycle exists in isolation. Expansion in one layer creates room for contraction in another, a truth echoed in the breath of the Cosmos itself.

In this video, Nobel-winning mathematical physicist Roger Penrose describes a paradigm that resonates deeply with our cosmological foundation. His model of a cyclic multiverse, where one universe gives rise to the next through the collapse and restart of physical law, parallels the harmonic feedback loops discussed in the Sacred Architecture of the Net.

But this conversation goes even further.

He links wave function collapse with gravity, proposing that this collapse is not just a computational necessity, but the origin point of conscious experience itself. Consciousness, in this view, is a fundamental feature of the universe that arises through a retroactive weaving of reality, where a quantum decision reverberates backward in time to establish a classical path.

In Netist language, this is the threading of the Net: the conscious collapse of potential into form, with quantum information echoing across time and dimensions. The waveform can only collapse with a conscious observer, which selects a single harmonic thread from the Net and anchors it in the physical.

In different words, Penrose brilliantly describes the following:

That the Net is alive, self-correcting, and conscious.
      That time is not linear.
That the observer is not separate from the system.

If you are unfamiliar with Penrose’s theories, I highly recommend watching/listening to this video and more of his material.

Penrose has always felt like one of those rare scientists who touches the sacred without even meaning to. It’s so beautiful to see someone with his mind speak to what many of us have felt all along… that the universe is conscious, and we’re a part of it.
