Have sum family members who r split politicaly. NGL its hard sometimes to get together unless we stear clear from sum touchy subjects. We forget, esp w ppl who r not in our family, that we all have common ground. I try to find stuff I like or and like in everyone I meet. When u look for similarities instead of counting differences, ul see theres a lot

Learned about it from kung fu movies but got more serious about it later when I looked into Chinese philosophy. Now when I say, “that’s not the way,” I’m actually being serious but people still think I’m being cheesy.

Studies show that the mind can operate two or three systems at once but it becomes poorer at each one. That means we aren’t thinking or driving effectively. Not saying I’m perfect, but it’s something to think about while driving.

Phew so its not just me…. lol, jokes aside, you brought something up that I was talking to someone about a few days ago. When we’re always focused on the negative, it shows up in your health, especially as you age. All the years of resentment you carry really take a toll after awhile. Let it go!

I gotta get better at this. I’m usually trying to do waayy too much. Gotta minimize and prioritize or nothing gets done. I also gotta just chill out about things in general it’s like no matter what I can’t convince my brain to stop wondering about all the minor things I got no control over
