This speaks to me on a deep level. Deep down, it don’t matter what practice you call spirituality. The fact that you have one is a good thing until you let it separate you from other ppl. When it starts tearing down community you got problems.

Its sad when you see division within the yoga community. People who are about love and light can come with just as much drama as everyone else! I stay out of discussions where people are badmouthing other people or groups. Not going to feed the negativity!

What landed deepest for me was the part about Heka only responding to coherence. That explains so much. I’ve said affirmations that went nowhere… and I’ve whispered intentions that moved mountains. In Thai, there’s this word… thai means freedom, but it’s more than that. It’s like a way of moving through life that respects balance, grace, and presence.
