The Breath Center is aligned with the alchemical force of Jupiter, the planet of expansion, wisdom, and deep intent. It is located at the nostrils, just below the Mental Center. It is the seat of intent: the subtle emotional undercurrent that flows beneath every thought, word, and action.

This is our upper emotional center. It isn’t reactionary like the lower centers, but spacious, resonant, and attuned to the unseen. The Breath Center is where your will harmonizes with your intentions.

In the framework of the Net, intent shapes outcome more powerfully than action alone. Consider two identical gestures: one gives to be praised, the other gives from genuine care. The movement may appear the same, but the resonance cast into the Net is completely different. One strains the weave, asking for a return, the other strengthens it.

When you breathe slowly, deeply, and with awareness, you re-enter this center. You return to a state where intent is clear, and your energy becomes aligned with purpose rather than impulse.

I never thought that breath could be a center! 🌀 Makes sense tho. 🫶 I use breath to calm my anxiety… and in meditation. ☮️ Luving the alchemy here! 🔮

This is such a beautiful teaching… and it reminds me so much of what we practice in meditation. Even a breath can be a form of offering if it’s taken with clarity and care. When I sit in meditation and bring my attention to the breath I feel everything calm down. The thought that breath is related to intent is interesting and rings very true.
