The Solar Plexus Center, located just above the navel, is the core of your willpower and the energetic engine of the astral body. In Netism, this center is aligned with Mercury, representing directed intention, internal fire, and the power of mental clarity fused with action.

This center governs both the digestive system of the physical body and the storage and regulation of energy in the subtle body. It’s where we transmute food, emotion, and experience into usable fuel, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

When the Solar Plexus is balanced, we can apply focused will to a task and see it through. It gives us drive, perseverance, and the ability to initiate and complete actions with purpose. It brings clarity to choice, structure to chaos, and momentum to vision.

But when this center is imbalanced, or when it sits atop a damaged Fluid, Root, or Reproductive Center, its energy becomes unstable. The will collapses. We may start strong and burn out quickly. Doubt creeps in. Goals remain unfinished. Without a steady base, Mercury cannot deliver its power where it’s needed most.

A healthy Solar Plexus is clear and decisive, has courage and direction, and sees goals through to completion.
