Within Netism’s framework of energy systems, trauma is not stored in the body, but it manifests there as a reflection of unresolved energetic patterns held in the consciousness. The body is a rendered interface, a projection of consciousness within a rule-based environment (physical reality). When a person undergoes trauma, it creates energetic incoherence: unresolved fear, repression, or internal contradiction.
Because the body follows the state of the mind, this incoherence often appears as:
Muscular tension or knots (especially in the neck, shoulders, hips)
Chronic pain or inflammation
Hormonal imbalances (e.g. reduced serotonin levels)
Dysregulated breathing or nervous system symptoms
These aren’t results of stress as much as they are of energetic dissonance. The body reflects what consciousness is unable to integrate.
When a person engages in practices like breathwork, deep meditation, or somatic release, the conscious mind is temporarily bypassed, allowing the field to access and process the stored energetic patterns. This can result in:
Sudden emotional release (crying, shaking, vocalizing)
Involuntary movements or physical sensations
Insight or resolution of past experiences
Deep relaxation and softening of muscular tension
This happens because these practices lower the noise of external input and allow the field to re-stabilize internally. Once the underlying energetic charge is addressed at the consciousness level, the physical system recalibrates.
Healing is as much of a spiritual journey as it is emotional and physical.
I have carried tension in my neck and shoulders for as long as I can remember.
Some of it comes from this life, some from former lives, but overall, I’m still working on integrating missing or damaged threads.
