Everything begins at the root. We can’t be anything if we’re not comfortable in our own skin. I know that’s hard some days, but it shouldn’t be. We should be able to love ourselves no matter what.

This is such a beautiful teaching… and it reminds me so much of what we practice in meditation. Even a breath can be a form of offering if it’s taken with clarity and care. When I sit in meditation and bring my attention to the breath I feel everything calm down. The thought that breath is related to intent is interesting and rings very true.

I feel this center light up when I write poetry… I have to be in the right mood though… I like how you put it’s the gate to intuition. It’s an inner knowing…
Sometimes I dream poems before I write them. That’s when I know it’s really aligned.

I’ve never heard of the Fluid Center before, but everything you shared makes sense. It’s something that everyone should consider, so I like how you have it as its own center. I used to be underactive in this area, I used to resist change because it scared me. Later in my life I started dropping down some boundaries and since I’ve been a lot happier.

My thoughts are normally a spiral of chaotic mess! 🌀 but when I align 🧘📿 my center unfolds and my 3rd eye opens! 🧿

I never thought that breath could be a center! 🌀 Makes sense tho. 🫶 I use breath to calm my anxiety… and in meditation. ☮️ Luving the alchemy here! 🔮

I definitely struggle here too… I’ll get emotions but sometimes at the wrong times with the wrong people… other times I’m blocked. I try to recognize emotions as they come up. I’m used to shoving them down and ignoring them.. that’s where the trouble comes.

Grounding is SO important! I probably struggle a lot here.. feelings of safety, security are important so I don’t go into a freak out with anxious thoughts.
