This group is a space for those reviving and practicing earth-centered spiritual paths rooted in ritual, mythology, and sacred cycles. Paganism here is understood as a living tradition that honors the divine through seasonal rites, polytheistic devotion, nature reverence, and the crafting of intentional spiritual life.

Crystals and Stones in Practice in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 3 days, 12 hours ago
onyx is my go-to. always has been. i feel like it pulls shit outta you too. not in a dramatic way like some stones that blow your shadow wide open, but more like… quiet absorption. it helps me see what’s mine and what i’ve picked up from other ppl, esp when i’ve been around messy energy.

Do you feel the veil shift at solstices and equinoxes? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 3 days, 12 hours ago
yeah 100%. solstices hit different. equinox too but solstice feels like… a crack opens. i don’t always have a plan but i feel it… like pressure building behind the veil. sunrise on those days feels electric. i don’t do big rituals unless it calls for it. sometimes i just sit outside, barefoot, breathe, and talk to whatever’s listening. i’ve le…[Read more]

How do you create sacred space for ritual? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 3 days, 12 hours ago
don’t need a crystal grid or a temple. sacred space is wherever i decide it is. sometimes it’s just lighting one black candle on the floor and putting on music that hits the right frequency. i’ve done full rituals in a bathroom before. it’s the energy that matters, not the backdrop. cleanse w/ salt if u can’t burn stuff. trace a circle in the ai…[Read more]

Do you work with tools? How do you charge or cleanse them? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 5 days, 12 hours ago
Many practitioners use tools—wands, blades, bowls, stones, staffs, or crafted objects—as extensions of will and intention. They help stabilize resonance, hold charge, and act as field amplifiers. The material, shape, and origin all influence how they interact with the Net and your energy centers.
Charging and cleansing practices vary: some use…[Read more]

Do you work with plant spirits or herbal rituals? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 5 days, 12 hours ago
In many Earth-based paths, plants are allies, teachers, and carriers of deep intelligence. In Netism, they are understood as beings rooted in a lower cycle. They’re deeply connected to the Earth spirit, not consciously aware in the way humans are, yet fully capable of teaching if we’re attuned and paying attention.
Some connect with plant spi…[Read more]

Do you feel the veil shift at solstices and equinoxes? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 5 days, 12 hours ago
In Netism, cosmic alignment at the solstices and equinoxes is understood to thin the veil between worlds. During these moments, the Net becomes especially permeable to intent, focus, and action. What you do—especially at sunrise and sunset—can leave a lasting imprint on the field.
The ancients knew this. Their festivals were rituals of col…[Read more]

How do you create sacred space for ritual? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 5 days, 12 hours ago
Creating sacred space doesn’t always require a dedicated room, altar, or forest clearing. For many, especially those living with others or in small spaces, it’s about intention and energetic clarity. A simple corner, a candle, a breath, or a spoken word can open a field when done with focus and care. Some use incense or sound to cleanse, while oth…[Read more]

What does “living paganism” mean to you in the present day? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 5 days, 12 hours ago
Paganism is about a spiritual relationship with the Earth. For some, it’s ancestral connection. For others, it’s intuitive ritual. For many, it’s a path of remembering: how to walk in alignment with the planets, the stars, the body, and the cycles that govern all life.
Living paganism can mean growing your own food with intention, marking the t…[Read more]

Who do you celebrate at the changing of the seasons? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 1 week, 3 days ago
I go to a local solstice yoga gathering every season… outdoors when we can, with music and candles and a little circle after. It always feels like a reset.
At home I light a candle, maybe leave some herbs or fruit outside as thanks. I don’t follow any set path, but I do talk to the Earth, feel into what she’s shifting.
Sometimes I write dow…[Read more]

Crystals and Stones in Practice in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 1 week, 5 days ago
Despite common belief, there is a scientific basis for the use of crystals and stones in magic and energy work. Crystalline substances form according to one of seven possible lattice systems, each with distinct energetic signatures. These geometric frameworks influence how a crystal receives, stores, and transmits energy.
In addition to lattice…[Read more]

Who do you celebrate at the changing of the seasons? in the forum Living Paganism: Ritual, Revival & Nature-Based Paths 1 week, 5 days ago
The turning of the seasons—marked by solstices and equinoxes—has long been a sacred rhythm in Pagan paths. Some honor named deities tied to the sun, harvest, or renewal. Others work with nature spirits, ancestors, or the elemental forces. Many simply offer gratitude to the Earth itself, recognizing it as a conscious part of the Net.
Paganism lea…[Read more]
