🌀 laying down with binaural beats is my go-to 🛏️💫 I tried sitting upright but I always ended up overthinking or fidgeting lol. when I lay down, close my eyes, and let the sound guide me, it’s like I melt into the field 🌊✨ the beats help quiet my brain and ease me into that floaty in-between place where messages come through.
