      There’s no single way to meditate, only the method that helps you tune in best.

      Some people sit cross-legged in still silence, while others lie down with music or binaural beats. You might feel most connected sitting under a tree, or maybe you need a dark room. Whether it’s breathwork, mantra, visualization, body scan, or simply being present with your surroundings, share what works for you.

      There’s no wrong answer. Your personal technique might spark inspiration for someone else who’s just starting.
