      Whether you’re drawn to the storm gods of Mesopotamia, the serpentine wisdom of Mesoamerica, the fierce protectors of Egypt, or the trickster spirits of West Africa, there’s usually a reason why one archetype speaks louder to you than the rest.

      For me… it’s always been the ones who walk the edge between worlds. The ones with one foot in light and the other in shadow. There’s an old symbol I carry in my mind… a figure with owl eyes and serpent hair. She reminds me of the old goddesses of death and rebirth, like Hekate, or Changing Woman from my own lineage…
