Yes, exactly this. Nine is the principle of return embedded into the structure of reality itself. What fascinates me is how 9 behaves in nonlinear systems. In base-10 math (which we treat as arbitrary, but may in fact reflect something ontologically real about cognition and embodiment), 9 is the final digit before we reset the cycle. But unlike other digits, it has a recursive property: every iteration points back to itself. That’s self-similarity, a fractal trait. There’s something powerful about numbers that’s difficult to see until you get into vortex math, then things become obnoxiously beautiful and I say obnoxious because it’s also a mind trip you can’t ignore.
