Sound has the power to shift brainwaves, influence consciousness, and support energetic alignment.

Binaural beats use slightly different frequencies in each ear to create a perceived third tone, guiding the brain into states like theta (deep meditation), alpha (calm focus), or delta (deep sleep).
Isochronic tones use rhythmic pulsing at specific intervals to entrain the brain more directly, often without headphones.

Many people use these tools for meditation, sleep, creativity, or healing.
Some feel an instant effect, others notice subtle shifts over time.

Have you experimented with binaural beats or isochronic tones?
Which states or frequencies worked best for you?
Did you notice changes in emotion, clarity, dream activity, or physical energy?

      Share your experiences.

Yes. In fact, I’m listening to binaural beats on YouTube right now for cervical/neck pain. I listen to different frequencies, all dependent on what energies and parts of the body, spirit, or my emotional self need some clearing, balancing, and/or charging. I’m more drawn to the lower frequencies, though….528 Hz, 285 Hz, etc. I seem to get more resonance from deeper tones. Not certain why. What about the rest of you?

Absolutely. From a Netist lens, your body and field are clearly guiding you toward what brings restoration. Lower frequencies like 285 Hz and 528 Hz have strong connections to grounding, healing, and internal coherence.

285 Hz resonates with the Reproductive Center, supporting the physical matrix of the body—tissues, bones, and ancestral memory. It carries a stabilizing frequency that helps reestablish structural clarity and deep-rooted balance.

528 Hz activates the Heart Center and Solar Center, harmonizing your emotional field with your physical form. This frequency aligns your personal rhythm with universal harmony. In Netism, it’s considered a tuning fork for transformation, reconnecting will and resonance.

Also, if you haven’t already explored it, look into the Monroe Institute’s Hemi-Sync audio programs. These use layered binaural signals to synchronize the brain hemispheres, which deeply supports the Netic Center. That center is your gateway to expanded awareness, coherence, and multiversal navigation. You’ll have to dig a bit, but this archive is packed with the original material:

        👉 Monroe Institute Hemi-Sync Archive (1973 to 2003) https://archive.org/details/member-audio-cd-2003-1973-hemi-sync-signals

If you’re already tuning into sound this way, you’re practicing Netic alignment. Curious to hear if anyone else feels specific shifts in certain Energy Centers while listening. Do you feel it more in the Throat, Root, or Crown? Let’s map the field together.

Yeah, I’ve messed with that kind of stuff. My wife calls it space music when she hears it coming from my headphones, lol. I usually throw it on when I’m gaming or just laying around trying to decompress. Sometimes when I’m really deep in a session, I’ll start feeling all floaty, like my body’s here but my mind’s just… drifting.
I don’t always know what the frequencies are doing exactly, but I can tell when they hit different. Some of that theta wave stuff puts me in this weird in-between space, like dreaming while awake. Makes me zone out in a good way. I’ve even noticed my thoughts slow down, like my brain’s syncing to the pulse.
Haven’t tried it much for sleep yet, but I might. I’ve had a couple crazy dreams after listening to it for a while, so I know it’s doing something. Might not be super noticeable right away, but I’d say it definitely shifts your headspace if you’re open to it.
