111 is real healing and grounding for me.

This is wild.. kinda makes me wonder what the music I play does to my cells…..

The drumbeat of the Earth, the hum of the river… we’ve been entraining to those sounds since before there was a word for it. My grandmother used to say that songs weren’t made up… they were remembered. Like the Earth was always singing, and we just join in.

This freaks me out a little, but kind of in a good way. I don’t pretend to understand all the aether stuff, but I do know energy dont lie. If this sphere is responding to song… to frequency… then it’s speaking a language of vibration. That’s pretty intense if you ask me, like what I imagine ancient technology couldve looked like.

This gave me chills. I totally believe that this is possible, I also totally believe the medical board will prevent it as long as they can… if we can heal people with energy instead of drugs that’s billions of dollars not being spent. I wish we could get more research done on this stuff.

Yeah I’ve worked with them a bit. First time I felt a tuning fork vibrate through bone, it kind of shocked me… how physical the effect was.

I’ve been really drawn to 417 Hz lately. Sometimes I’ll use it with breathwork or soft movement, especially when I feel tangled in old energy. It helps me untie things… gently. I’ve had moments listening to it where emotions rise up that I didn’t even know I was still carrying. It feels like it’s tuning both my conscious and subconscious at the same time.
