Ive been sayin this for like ever, but never had the words to put to it. I just called it the force like star wars lol.. but the net makes total sense and it gives us a way to learn how to use it.

As a mental health professional, I think this is a really interesting approach. We have to have a lot of caution in what we confirm as real, though. Some patients suffer from very frightening visions. I would hate to tell someone that those were real.
