I’ve known for years that there were multiple worlds and I existed in different ones. I’ve learned more about currently existing at the same time since then. What actually drew me to netism was Tarik inviting me to this group. I’d never heard of it before that, but it feels right to be here.

I definitely struggle with letting go of control and also my concept of self in the way you explained it. I struggle with letting go of certain things and people from my past. I currently struggle with letting go of other people not following our boundaries and not reacting to them.
