Twin Heros and Multiversal Connection in the forum Mythology, Archetypes & Folklore 3 weeks, 4 days ago
When I was a teenager I remember seeing a movie where a girl went through a mirror. It was some weird independent film, but it stuck with me. The other world looked similar with the same looking people but they weren’t the same… It rattled me a little I guess because I still remember it.

There are No Wasted Efforts on the Path Towards Truth in the forum The Young Man and the Sage Discussion 3 weeks, 4 days ago
“There are no wasted efforts on the path toward truth.” The sage’s line sounds simple. It becomes powerful when we take it seriously. It says that mistakes are not proof of weakness. They are the normal by-products of doing hard things. When the aim is self-discovery, failed attempts still move us. They expose assumptions, reveal limits, and point…[Read more]

What Would You Sacrifice For Truth? in the forum The Young Man and the Sage Discussion 3 weeks, 4 days ago
Before Laolys can begin his lessons with the sage, he has to agree to share his wisdom with anyone who asks. As a political figure, this will tarnish his reputation and cost him his career. Laolys lives in a political family. It will destroy his relationships with them, too.
This begs the question: How much are you willing to give up to gain…[Read more]

The Trolley Problem: Minimizing Harm in a Web of Consequence in the forum Netist Philosophy 3 weeks, 5 days ago
We can try to live a life free of harm but its actually impossible. I think thats the point of the trolley problem. That and we cant play with peoples lives like a number game. Every life is sacred and decisions should be made carefully, cant push someone in the way of danger just because you want to save people. I mean, would you jump in front of…[Read more]

Aura Colors and Their Meanings (According to Edgar Cayce) in the forum Energy Centers & Inner Currents 3 weeks, 5 days ago
I trained myself to see auras and I can say this is really accurate. I have to really look and sometimes people’s clothes affect the color that radiates from them. I like to wait to see them a few times before I say for sure what their aura looks like.

Mayan Water Filtration in the forum Ancient Technology and Temple Design 3 weeks, 6 days ago
Maya engineers at Tikal built a purposeful filtration system in the Corriental reservoir that used layered minerals. Sediment cores from the reservoir contain zeolite and clean euhedral quartz that do not occur naturally at that location, which signals deliberate import and placement.
