Don’t be afraid to be yourself. I always felt like ppl would criticize me if I just acted like I wanted to. The heart holds your resonance! If you’ve ever heard of the HeartMath people, they talk about how important the heart brain connection is for overall health. Maybe our hearts are a bigger deal than we think.

I’ve never heard of the Fluid Center before, but everything you shared makes sense. It’s something that everyone should consider, so I like how you have it as its own center. I used to be underactive in this area, I used to resist change because it scared me. Later in my life I started dropping down some boundaries and since I’ve been a lot happier.

I always knew there was a collective intelligence, but having the science to back it up is awesome! I definitely feel the pull of the collective, and about the crosswords… I just thought I was smarter at night! It’s crazy how present this is in our daily lives but we don’t think about it.

I always thought of chaos as something to avoid, but the way you put it, sounds like chaos is everything… This is interesting and definitely something to think about. Feels like I knew it already in some strange way.
