I go to a local solstice yoga gathering every season… outdoors when we can, with music and candles and a little circle after. It always feels like a reset.
At home I light a candle, maybe leave some herbs or fruit outside as thanks. I don’t follow any set path, but I do talk to the Earth, feel into what she’s shifting.

Spiral’s always been the one for me. Feels like life… always moving, always unfolding, but never really ending. I see it in everything… shells, storms, even how emotions come and go.
