Worth noting, the X structure is a cross-phase interaction. You’ll see this in cymatics, harmonic node patterns, and even ancient temple layouts. This geometry is everywhere.

Stress definitely accounts for some of my struggles with meditation. I’m always busy, exhausted, and burnt out, and meditation feels like yet another thing I have to do when I try to do them consistently.

I’ve experienced much trauma. I’m still experiencing trauma. My self changes frequently, but I’m not sure I’ve had an ego death yet. I feel like I never had much of an ego, but do define myself in the ways you described above – married mom of 3, homemaker/homeschooling teacher, 40, etc

I’m medicated for multiple mental illnesses, but I also recognize that I’ve been called. I haven’t had a true mentor, but have followed a couple of Shamans to learn more. I do wish I had a mentor to help more though.
