Out-of-body experiences linked to higher rates of mental health symptoms and trauma, study finds

An interesting article of out of body experiences. Ive only ever had one of these in my lifetime. It happened when I was about 13/14. Before I knew what or who the grim reaper was and how he was portrayed. I was laying in bed as if I were in a coffin somehow. Body straight, arms crossed over my chest. I could my body or my soul lifting upwards from my bed, rising toward the ceiling. And as I opened my eyes, I saw this skeleton figure. His black cloak fadded into the air, it wasnt defined. Im trying to scream, to move, but I can’t. I just keep rising away from my body. I attempted again, to break whatever was going on. I closed my eyes and counted to 3, I opened them and he was gone. I broke free and ran to turn on the light. I had tears just straight streaming from my face. It was one of the scariest situations I’ve ever experoance. Can anyone share their out of body experiences?
