Don’t be afraid to be yourself. I always felt like ppl would criticize me if I just acted like I wanted to. It took me all the way thru college to realize that I could be me and ppl could like it or not like it and the ppl who don’t like it I don’t want to be around anyway. I’ve never heard of the Fluid Center before, but everything you shared makes sense. It’s something that everyone should consider, so I like how you have it as its own center. I used to be underactive in this area, I used to resist change because it scared me. Later in my life I started dropping down some boundaries and since I’ve been a lot happier.
