What is the Fluid Center and why is it important? in the forum Energy Centers & Inner Currents 2 months, 4 weeks agoI’ve never heard of the Fluid Center before, but everything you shared makes sense. It’s something that everyone should consider, so I like how you have it as its own center. I used to be underactive in this area, I used to resist change because it scared me. Later in my life I started dropping down some boundaries and since I’ve been a lot happier.

I try to recognize emotions as they come up. I’m used to shoving them down and ignoring them.. that’s where the trouble comes.
