I definitely struggle here too… I’ll get emotions but sometimes at the wrong times with the wrong people… other times I’m blocked. I try to recognize emotions as they come up. I’m used to shoving them down and ignoring them.. that’s where the trouble comes.

Grounding is SO important! I probably struggle a lot here.. feelings of safety, security are important so I don’t go into a freak out with anxious thoughts.

I dream a lot that I’m late for a performance which is weird because I’m not a performer… but everyone’s waiting for me and some people are mad but I can’t find the entrance or one of my shoes is missing or on a really bad night I’m not even dressed. Idk what it means, anxiety? Not feeling presentable?

Where I live, mugwort grows like weeds. Ppl treat it like weeds too but not me, I’m grabbing it for personal use. Score!
