I think you can share kindness without messin with the energy if your heart’s in the right place. Like, I’ve posted about helping at the food bank before. Not to get pats on the back, but to maybe remind someone else they can show up too. It’s all about why you’re sharing. But yeah… the second it turns into “look what a good person I am,” it kinda loses its soul. You can feel the difference. One’s about service, the other’s about spotlight.
